Favil West is the co-founder of the Foundation Assisting Seniors and a tireless champion for the organization. He has been recognized by local media through nominations sent in by those he has touched with his assistance. This includes the FOX 5 News Shining Star Recognition in 2013, as well as the 8 News Now Acts of Kindness Recognition in October 2014. He was also featured as a “Meet the Neighbor” for his volunteerism in Zip Codes Magazine 89052, and has been profiled in various community publications for his community involvement.

Favil is a Vietnam era combat veteran, and worked more than 34 years as a pilot for Pan American World Airways and United Airlines. He is also the retired CEO and president of Allied Green, Inc., and has served as a director of several companies.

He was named 2015 Nevada Senior Citizen of the Year and a 2018 finalist in the Governor’s Points of Lite.

Favil’s nonprofit experience includes serving as a Sun City Anthem President, Paul Harris Fellow, and KM Foundation (Rotary) Director.
